Named for the beautiful East Coast of Canada, where I now call home.

A super simple knit cowl, bandana style, using any yarn - Fingering or DK weight, even Bulky and depending on how squishy you want it. **Extra points for an all-knit pattern – no purling, no seaming required.**

Working down and starting at the neck with only 3 stitches you knit back and forth before joining in the round for the last half of the pattern – the first stitch of each row is slipped to give a clean neck edge. The finishing border is split, knit back and forth finished with an easy stretchy bind off.

**This pattern launch comes with a meaningful cause attached until Sunday, July 30 midday (Atlantic time), I'm happy to announce that all proceeds from the sale of the "East Coast Cowl" pattern will be donated to the Alzheimer's Society. This cause is very close to my heart, as Alzheimer's affects millions of loved ones worldwide, and I'm genetically at risk myself. I believe that supporting organizations like the Alzheimer's Society can pave the way for advancements in treatments and, hopefully, bring hope to those affected.**
